Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 data quality engineers/analysts focused on sales account and contact data.
- Design and implement scalable, automated validation processes for complex business structures (CFS, parent/child hierarchies).
- Architect data quality pipelines including automated validation, anomaly detection, and gap identification using SQL, Python and AI/ML tools.
- Develop and maintain account/contact scoring frameworks; publish dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.
- Manage delivery of stakeholder project requests (advanced data searches, segmentation, enrichment).
- Drive adoption and internal development of AI tools and agents for data quality management.
- Serve as escalation point for complex data quality issues; create documentation, frameworks, and training for data stewardship.
- Collaborate with data engineers, sales ops, marketing, and product to optimize pipelines and business impact.
- Mentor and develop team members and champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant certifications or demonstrated experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI are a plus
