Responsibilities
- Review and rate model-generated audio for tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emotional expression
- Annotate and correct performance inconsistencies and provide precise, constructive feedback
- Evaluate naturalness, clarity, and intelligibility of spoken responses across prompts
- Follow and contribute to quality standards, labeling guidelines, and voice modeling protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine voice personas and evaluation criteria
- Maintain accurate documentation of annotations, ratings, and observed issues
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of training data
- Supply required equipment and maintain reliable connectivity as an independent contractor
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Formal training in voice, theater, linguistics, or audio production preferred
