Responsibilities
- Define and drive BI strategy aligned to client and business objectives.
- Serve as technical lead and mentor for BI engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable data models and data architectures for reporting and analytics.
- Oversee development and maintenance of ETL pipelines, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Manage cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing (Snowflake).
- Develop enterprise dashboards, reports, and self-service BI tools using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Integrate advanced analytics, predictive models, and AI insights into BI platforms.
- Establish and enforce data governance, security, and documentation standards.
- Monitor and improve query performance, data processing efficiency, and system scalability.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to align strategies.
- Facilitate training and enablement to drive BI adoption across organizations.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field required
- Master's degree in a related field preferred
