Responsibilities
- Translate marketing data requests into actionable segments via complex SQL queries and data transformations.
- Build and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake and marketing systems (CRM, automation, CDP).
- Develop custom scripts and automation to streamline marketing processes and data sharing.
- Manage and optimize the Customer Data Platform to ensure unified profiles and data quality.
- Implement marketing QA automation and monitoring for segmenting, personalization, and tracking.
- Serve as the technical liaison between data teams and marketing stakeholders, providing training and documentation.
- Document processes, maintain runbooks, and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Ongoing learning or certifications in data engineering, analytics, or marketing tech preferred
