Responsibilities
- Handle cases from intake through trial, including client intake, investigation, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial advocacy
- Prepare and argue dispositive and evidentiary motions; coordinate expert witnesses and depositions
- Manage case teams including paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff
- Maintain clear client communication and provide case strategy updates
- Collaborate with pre-litigation and operations teams to optimize case workflows
- Appear in state and federal courts as needed and lead courtroom advocacy
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Pennsylvania bar
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
