Position focused on supporting Consumer Loans for audit and compliance. Key contributor to operational success, project execution, and process improvement leveraging broad subject matter expertise, advanced leadership, and communication and analytical skills in collaboration with leadership to achieve department and business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Model the Performance Based Organization (PBO) and Easy to Do Business With (ETDBW) principles to strengthen operational effectiveness through high performance, expertise and conduct.
·Model leadership conduct, performance, initiative, trust and confidentiality standards, represent department and fill in for leadership as necessary.
·Lead and support project execution that align with organizational goals by managing timelines, resources, and deliverables using agile and other proven methodologies.
·Collaborate with leadership to address and resolve operational challenges using advanced analytical tools and practices, including Excel SQL, JIRA and others to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy and integrity.
·Consistently provide reliable updates on project progress, key milestones, performance, and potential risks while proactively communicating project outcomes and impacts to internal and external NDS teams and stakeholders.
·Develop and maintain process maps, procedural guides, and internal documentation for training and operational reference.
·Mentor and develop team members on general and orientation modules, acting as a departmental resource for system and process knowledge.
·Leverage subject matter expertise in processes, operations, student loan regulations, and IT systems to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency that meet compliance obligations and align with organizational goals.
·Validate data, monitor for issues, and provide post-implementation support for projects and system changes.
·Monitor and prioritize resources with leadership to efficiently meet backlog priorities.
·Work with, collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams.
EDUCATION:
4-year college degree preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
3-4 years’ experience in data analysis, student loan servicing, project management, process improvement or management position.

Pay Range for this position is between $46,910.56 - $92,682.52 annually.
