Seesaw is seeking a Corporate Counsel with extensive legal experience in the edtech sector to provide strategic legal guidance on education compliance, privacy laws, and regulatory matters, while supporting the leadership team.

Compensation: $175000 - $200000 / Annually

Your Team:
You will be a key contributor and advisor to the senior leadership team, which includes the CEO and CFO (who will be your manager).

As Seesaw’s General Counsel, you will be responsible for providing accurate legal guidance and recommendation on all matters of the company including Trust & Safety compliance, Domestic and International Privacy compliance, and education regulatory compliance.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry. Salary is just one part of our total compensation package that includes equity, perks & benefits, and development opportunities at Seesaw. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other Seesawers. It is our expectation that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at Seesaw will land well within our salary ranges based on these factors.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $175,000-$200,000. This is an exempt position.
