Responsibilities
- Develop and govern the enterprise Business Resilience program (BIA, BCP, Incident & Crisis Management) and related policies
- Lead real-time crisis response and activate the Crisis Management Team during major incidents
- Design and run enterprise-wide exercises, tabletop simulations, and full-scale drills to validate capabilities
- Conduct post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement
- Align resilience activities with enterprise risk management, IT DR, cyber incident response, and internal audit
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate resilience into daily operations and strategic planning
- Provide executive-level reporting, advisement, and status updates on preparedness and incident trends
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBCP, MBCP, PMP) preferred
