Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads and a working knowledge of LinkedIn and TikTok advertising. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands performance metrics and scaling paid spend, but also thrives in a creative, fast-paced, and metrics-obsessed environment.
You’ll be tasked with building and scaling digital ad campaigns that directly impact our revenue growth. You’ll work closely with creative teams, content producers, and analytics stakeholders to launch, test, and optimize paid media campaigns, and play a key role in scaling creative output through UGC initiatives. Experience scaling ad spend beyond $200K/month is strongly preferred.
