Skills
- Effective and efficient communication skills

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete all special events with arena vendors and suite clients
- Assist in client activation communication for in-arena suites
- Manage Ambassador program requests and share client interaction media
- Handle client communications via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Learn and assist with CRM database Salesforce and suite rental process
- Support Suite Services team with crafting and hosting special events
- Distribute autographed items and track gift and merchandise inventory
- Learn TicketMaster Archtics software functions
- Assist with office duties and special stadium projects
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
- Coursework or experience in hospitality or sports marketing preferred
