Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute season ticket member events, programs, and receptions.
- Engage with season ticket members to enhance fan experience through outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory of autographed and promotional items.
- Track and distribute member gifts and communications.
- Support Membership Services with daily objectives, off-season event planning, and renewal campaigns.
- Utilize Archtics and Salesforce for reporting, account setup, and maintaining records.
- Research and propose improvements for member events and partnerships with local businesses.
- Create content for bi-weekly newsletters and digital marketing using Eloqua.
- Analyze and recap completed events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student
