Responsibilities
- Receive inbound phone calls to resolve issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
- Provide accurate support for pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams
- Strive to meet and exceed performance targets
- Document call information and data according to procedures
- Use Knowledge Base materials for inquiry resolution
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and proprietary information
- Develop knowledge of security and privacy practices
- Participate in ongoing education regarding product changes and launches
- Share feedback for product and process improvements
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
