Customer Success Manager (Mid Atlantic - Remote)

GuidePoint Security is a rapidly growing cybersecurity firm serving top organizations including Fortune 500 companies and U.S. government agencies. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee and grow their Mid-Atlantic commercial customer engagements, providing strategic oversight and fostering collaboration between various internal teams and customers.

Skills

  • Experience developing and managing customer success programs in cybersecurity or IT domains
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Atlassian Jira, and Confluence
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of commercial/vendor program management
  • Ability to interact with multiple technical stakeholders including network, dev/ops, database, server, cloud teams

Responsibilities

  • Manage senior customer success oversight for 10-20 large professional services accounts
  • Coordinate professional service engagements and support strategic accounts
  • Produce executive-level reporting and manage service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Support large scale security projects and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage MSSP partner relationships and customer advocacy for managed services
  • Interface regularly with project managers, account executives, sales operations, and delivery teams
  • Advise account teams on customer roadmaps and support sales and adoption of services
  • Adhere to GuidePoint Security core values and perform other duties as assigned

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
