Responsibilities
- Participate in outbound sales campaigns and community outreach
- Assist sales team with prospecting in group sales programs
- Learn best practices for ticketing systems including ARCHTICS and Salesforce CRM
- Support Washington Mystics gameday operations and activations
- Assist with administrative and special projects for the sales department
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform other duties as assigned
