Licensed Insurance Advisor

Job Overview
We’re looking for licensed insurance professionals to become part of our client-focused team. This role is all about helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most by offering smart risk management and insurance solutions. Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through insurance options and match them with coverage that fits their needs.
  • Build strong relationships with current clients while also creating new business opportunities.
  • Offer proactive advice on risk management and asset protection.
  • Ensure all activities follow state, federal, and agency compliance standards.
  • Work closely with teammates to reach agency goals and provide top-quality service.
  • Stay up to date with industry changes, new products, and continuing education.

Qualifications

  • Active insurance license in Florida (Property & Casualty, Life & Health, or similar).
  • Experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
  • Self-motivated but also able to thrive in a team environment.
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional development.
