- Proven project management experience in construction or energy infrastructure
- Familiarity or experience with substation, switchyard, and BESS construction (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and contract management skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites
Responsibilities
- Manage a phase of a larger project or multiple smaller projects (~$5M or less) from proposal/bid through profitable completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts to meet contractual and company objectives
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safety-first culture on site
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to achieve quality and schedule targets
- Serve as primary client contact to set expectations and resolve project issues
- Oversee quality control, compliance, permitting, and documentation
- Perform site visits, progress reporting, and change order management
- Travel to project sites as required
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent combination of experience and education
- 3+ years of related project management experience (or equivalent)
