Responsibilities
- Lead clinical trials from start-up through closeout ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Oversee trial operations including regulatory submissions, site initiation, enrollment monitoring, and study reporting
- Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master File (TMF) and ensure documentation quality
- Manage study budgets, invoices, and contracts with sponsors, sites, and vendors
- Coordinate and partner with cross-functional teams (data management, safety, medical writing, supply, finance)
- Identify risks proactively, implement mitigation plans, and drive continuous process improvements
- Prepare for and support regulatory inspections and audits
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field required
- Advanced degree (MS, PharmD, PhD) preferred
