Responsibilities
- Develop strategies with Implementation Manager to improve go-live experiences and team efficiency
- Create and execute detailed Implementation Plans and Scopes of Work for assigned deployments
- Coordinate between Sales, Customer, Implementation colleagues, and internal teams during plan execution
- Document deliverables, timelines, and escalate execution issues to management as needed
- Use team KPIs to monitor and continuously improve personal and team performance
- Recommend updates to procedures and installation instructions to prevent repeat escalations
- Participate in Implementation Team meetings and collaborate on process and product improvements
- Assist in specifying implementation requirements for product enhancements and new designs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be considered
