Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of hourly employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Create and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting for assigned location(s); control spending within budget
- Verify time and attendance tracking and manage payroll-related processes
- Maintain maintenance control documents and meet maintenance goals
- Conduct safety audits, coach staff on safe work practices, and address safety concerns
- Serve as the client-facing operations contact; ensure client documentation and performance metrics are completed
- Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries about parking and service, and uphold Metropolis customer service standards
- Implement company initiatives and perform other operational duties as required
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- Luxury hospitality leadership experience strongly preferred
