Job Description
This is a high-level position responsible for creating & implementing strategies and pricing for the company's Crop Protection & Seed ventures. This is a high-level position that requires a front-facing leader and someone experienced with Crop Protection and Seed.Job Duties
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, supervisors, and suppliers.
- Assist with daily operations at locations, which may include receiving, loading, and delivering products along with treating seed.
- Manage employees.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Agronomy Degree and multiple years of experience in the Agriculture industry. Experience may be substituted for education.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Hazmat & Tanker Endorsement.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, handle exposure to weather conditions, and work extended seasonal hours.
- Possess or have the ability to obtain Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification.
- Previous experience operating and servicing farm machinery.
- Farming background or experience with the application of crop protection products preferred.

- Chemical application education preferred
