LOCATION: <Flexible>
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Director, Experience & Belonging Operations & Executive Support is responsible for three essential team functions: providing executive-level support to the Chief of Experience and Belonging, managing team operations for the Office of Experience and Belonging, and supporting the implementation of team projects for the Office of Experience and Belonging (OEB).
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
A WEEK IN THE LIFE
You will meet with the Chief of Experience and Belonging to review priorities for the week, month, and quarter and discuss upcoming meetings, including work that needs to be accomplished toward team and org-wide priorities. You will have a pulse on upcoming team meetings and all staff engagements, and help support the planning or implementation by getting meetings on the calendar, preparing the agenda, and/or preparing the deck for the meeting. You will also meet and coordinate with various team members to create belonging-centered communications and support staff engagement experiences and related projects.
WHO YOU ARE
You demonstrate extraordinary executive-level support and have a clear, efficient, and adaptable organizational system. You pay close attention to details and notice the small details that will help others be able to maximize their time and increase the efficacy of experiences, whether it is putting a description to a meeting or ensuring the right people are invited. You are an impact player, are dependable and consistent, and follow through on all of your responsibilities. Given the wide variety of our team’s projects, you also bring both creativity and operations expertise to many different aspects of your work. You balance attention to technical detail with an adaptive approach to anticipating and solving problems.
