  • Systems Administrator Support for Cornerstone OnDemand Global People System and the iCIMS Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Solution
  • Triage support requests relating to both Cornerstone and iCIMS, for action or to escalate as appropriate
  • Respond to, prioritise and deliver system fixes.
  • Support with delivery of training to the super users, so that they are best equipped to use the systems to their maximum potential.
  • Role model good system governance and support with clear guidance and documentation

        

KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prioritise incoming service tickets from the business, to ensure they are dealt with quickly and efficiently in order of importance
  • Assist with the change request process for the systems
  • Provide first line support to all iCIMS and Cornerstone super users
  • Create and maintain relationships with the system super users to ensure they are using the system in line with defined processes
  • Assist in promoting the system’s capability across the business, helping to drive adoption and optimisation.
  • Support with facilitating the software release cycle and testing new functionality, alongside assessing the impact for the business
  • Develop knowledge iCIMS and all Cornerstone modules sufficient to cover when other System Administrator(s) are unavailable.

Qualifications & Experience

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient user of Core People and ATS Solutions
  • Resilience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
  • Ability to problem solve including strong use of initiative
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision – with support readily available from the team.
  • Time management skills and the ability to balance workload
  • Able to explain complex system configuration to colleagues less technically able
