We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and results-obsessed Demand Generation Specialist to join Medely’s fast-paced marketing team. Reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation, you’ll help fuel Medely’s growth by building and optimizing campaigns that attract both B2B healthcare facilities and B2C healthcare professionals (nurses, clinicians, and more).
If you love testing new ideas, finding the sweet spot between creativity and analytics, and seeing your work directly impact pipeline and revenue, this role is for you. You’ll touch everything from paid media and email to webinars and direct mail — and you’ll collaborate with some of the most driven marketers, sales pros, and product leaders in the healthcare tech space.
Test & Optimize Relentlessly: Lead A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email copy - and explore new channels - to keep conversion rates climbing.
Own Paid Media Impact: Partner with our media agency to run and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, aligning spend with our growth targets.
Launch Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute cross-channel B2B campaigns (webinars, email nurtures, direct mail, and more) from idea to analysis, ensuring flawless delivery and measurable ROI.
Grow Our Talent Pool: Lead B2C acquisition campaigns aimed at bringing new nurses and healthcare professionals onto the Medely platform.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, and nurse acquisition teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and impactful.
Leverage Our Tech Stack: Use Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools to launch campaigns, track performance, and keep lead data clean and actionable.
3-4 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing - ideally in a high-growth environment.
A track record of running A/B tests and using data to guide decision-making.
Experience executing integrated campaigns across multiple channels (paid, email, webinars, direct mail).
Strong analytical chops - you love turning performance metrics into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with internal and external partners.
A self-starter mentality - you’re proactive, curious, and excited to experiment and learn.
