Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are a people-powered beauty ecosystem seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support influencer community building, talent and campaign management, and day-to-day affiliate program operations. The role sits on the Brand Marketing team and requires a relationship-driven, culturally attuned candidate who can manage operational details while helping grow brand reach through creator partnerships.

  • Influencer scouting and talent relationship management
  • Affiliate program operations and communications
  • Contract and basic legal coordination
  • Data tracking and campaign reporting
  • Inventory and sample management
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok creator ecosystem
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases

Responsibilities

  • Scout and discover influencer talent aligned to brand and campaign goals
  • Coordinate offer letters and contracts between talent, agents, and legal
  • Manage affiliate program communications, applications, invitations, and gifting
  • Maintain master influencer database, product seeding tracker, and internal documents
  • Organize beauty closet inventory, order samples, and oversee mailers/send-outs
  • Produce post-performance reporting, mailer/UGC tracking, and internal presentations
  • Partner with paid media to identify trending UGC and manage outreach to UGC creators
  • Handle administrative vendor forms, POs, and invoice coordination with finance
  • Audit talent directory and identify opportunities for gifting and paid partnerships
  • Monitor influencer industry trends and integrate learnings into strategy
  • Create exceptional experiences for influencer partners to sustain brand engagement

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in lieu of degree considered
