Sr. Director, Product Marketing

MedeAnalytics is a long-established healthcare analytics company that leverages AI, machine learning, and advanced data orchestration to help payers, providers, employers, and public entities improve outcomes and manage costs. The Senior Director of Product Marketing will lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, analyst relations, and cross-functional alignment to translate complex data and AI-driven solutions into clear customer value and drive product adoption.

Skills

  • 10+ years B2B product marketing with 5+ years in healthcare technology (health plans, providers, or health tech vendors).
  • Proven experience with SaaS/cloud software, analytics, data platforms, and digital health solutions.
  • Track record launching products and leading GTM strategy in support of direct outside sales.
  • Strong storytelling, messaging, content development, and customer-centric positioning skills.
  • Experience with martech and enablement tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Highspot or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage analyst relations and incorporate research into strategy.
  • Comfortable interacting with C-level executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop differentiated product positioning, value props, and messaging across the portfolio (AI analytics, data platforms, interoperability).
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for launches, market expansions, and strategic campaigns.
  • Facilitate Voice of Customer (VOC) programs, customer advisory boards, and win/loss analysis to inform positioning and roadmap.
  • Manage analyst relationships and drive thought leadership, awards, and research participation (Gartner, Forrester, KLAS, etc.).
  • Create sales enablement materials, training, battlecards, and field readiness programs for direct sales teams.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Corporate Marketing to support campaign strategy, segmentation, and content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Clinical, and Commercial teams on packaging, pricing, ICPs, and TAM/SAM/SOM analyses.
  • Capture competitive intelligence, maintain battlecards, and advise on differentiation in the market.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Product marketing certification (Pragmatic Institute or similar) highly desired.
