Responsibilities: Oversee the content roadmap and enhance learning resources; manage a multi-million dollar budget; lead adoption of generative AI in content workflows; collaborate with cross-functional teams; and develop a high-performing content team.
Skills: 10+ years in content development, understanding of AI and learning design, project management, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, excellent presentation skills.
Qualifications: Deep knowledge of the content development life cycle, experience managing remote teams, and a strong track record in budget management and efficiency optimizations.
