We’re currently seeking a Part-Time Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing to support an Arizona school district for the 2025–2026 school year.
📍 Position Details
- Location: Remote (serving students in Arizona)
- Schedule: Part-Time (specific hours to be discussed)
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Contract Type: 1099 Contract
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience
🎯 Responsibilities
- Provide direct instruction to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing via virtual platforms
- Collaborate with school staff, families, and other service providers to support student success
- Support IEP goals and contribute to IEP development and meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
- Use engaging and accessible virtual teaching strategies tailored to student needs
✅ Requirements
- Valid Arizona Department of Education certification as a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
- Experience working with DHH students in school settings (remote experience preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable internet and access to necessary technology for remote instruction
