Responsibilities
- Coordinate, oversee, and direct project design teams in responsible charge during project execution.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and delegate responsibilities to staff.
- Perform technical review and QA/QC of projects.
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Lead business development efforts to promote new and repeat opportunities.
- Prepare and review project proposals, qualification statements, and promotional materials.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from a four-year college or university.
