Responsibilities
- Lead and develop project controls organization to support project execution.
- Maintain awareness and analysis of project cost, schedule performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Support change management processes and integrate impacts into forecasts.
- Coordinate expenditure authorizations with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure effective use and integration of project controls tools.
- Monitor contractor project controls performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and oversee timely progress and cost reports for senior management.
- Manage invoice attesting and payment approval processes.
- Prepare project control bid specifications and review tender submissions.
- Capture project close-out data to improve future cost estimates and schedules.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
