Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the CEO and CTO to lead high‑priority strategic initiatives from ideation through execution
- Support the Leadership Team with program management, decision support, and metrics tracking
- Serve as a liaison on culture, morale, and employee performance between Founders and teams
- Facilitate cross‑team communication and ensure alignment on company objectives and execution
- Own the annual/quarterly/monthly planning process: capture notes, actions, and hold teams accountable to targets
- Design and drive content, agendas, and follow‑up for key internal meetings (All‑Company, Weekly Scrum, Monthly Reviews)
- Prepare and coordinate materials for Board meetings and executive reporting
- Travel as needed (~30%) to support leadership and company initiatives
Education
- BA/BS degree required
