Rolls-Royce of Washington is now interviewing candidates for our Receptionist position. We are looking for polished and professional customer-focused candidates with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, who want to work for the best in the business!
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing professional, courteous, and exceptional service to our loyal clientele. The front desk Receptionist plays a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation and image as the first point of contact.
Pay Rate: $20 hourly
Schedule: 9:00am to 6:00pm
Off: Wednesday & Sundays
What you will be doing?
- Greet and assist customers who enter the showroom
- Answer & direct incoming calls and inquiries
- Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties
Who are we looking for?
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Must be able to work Saturdays
- Polished and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous Receptionist experience is a plus.
