Responsibilities
- Lead and integrate RGM activities across Pricing, Promotions, Trade Investments, and Portfolio Mix to deliver Annual Plan commitments
- Act as primary RGM interface with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to co-pilot trade investment strategy and net pricing agenda
- Manage pricing and promotions cadence including monthly, quarterly, and annual routines and elasticity assessments
- Design and implement annual list price changes and SKU/channel/customer-level pricing plans to improve net price realization
- Optimize trade spend effectiveness and ROI through segmentation, guardrails, and performance analytics
- Analyze gross-to-net items (trade terms, rebates, returns, logistics, payment terms) by channel and customer
- Develop customer and channel-specific trade term structures aligned to value creation
- Provide performance management insights, present financial recommendations, and support business planning
- Drive continuous improvement of RGM tools, systems, and processes; evolve consultant-developed tools into scalable tooling
- Collaborate cross-functionally and support up to 20% domestic travel
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for formal education
