Responsibilities
- Partner on strategic initiatives to identify revenue opportunities, improve margin, optimize expenses, and reduce costs.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results and refine reporting and analysis.
- Review operational results and trends with senior leaders to support decision making.
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for management, investors, and the Board.
- Support month-end close activities as a strategic partner to Accounting.
- Develop key business metrics, analytics, and modeling to measure outcomes.
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with cross-functional business leaders.
Education
- BA/BS required
- MBA preferred
