Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
- Perform candidate prospecting and conduct/coordinate interviews.
- Close candidates effectively and foster a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze and optimize key hiring funnel metrics to improve recruitment processes.
- Participate in ad hoc recruiting projects and team collaboration.
Education
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
