They seek a Sr. GTM Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, success, and operations teams, bringing creativity, strategic thinking, and a data-driven mindset to attract top talent.

Skills

  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting across sales, marketing, success, and operations.
  • Strong candidate sourcing skills and ability to use creative methods.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactical recruiting tasks.
  • Metrics-driven problem-solving and data presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Perform candidate prospecting and conduct/coordinate interviews.
  • Close candidates effectively and foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Analyze and optimize key hiring funnel metrics to improve recruitment processes.
  • Participate in ad hoc recruiting projects and team collaboration.

Education

  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
