The NextGen Service Management and Tech Transformation team is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, and work closely with partners to drive outcomes. You will play a critical role in fostering collaboration across teams, identifying and mitigating risks, and enabling transparency and accountability at all levels. What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting directly into the Associate Vice President of NextGen Service Management and Tech Transformation within Digital Core, you will primarily focus on enabling a major Tech Transformation by ensuring that the program delivers strategic value and the intended benefits through effective alignment to the organization goals, integration, and control of a project’s activities.

• Adaptability and Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances, adjust plans when necessary, and be open to new insights and approaches.
• Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with interested parties, understanding their needs, and managing their expectations.
• Monitor and Measure Progress: Regularly supervise program progress, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
•  Continual Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, bringing to bear emerging technology like AI and Automation to help simplify, eliminate, and automate where needed. Learn from past experiences and implement lessons learned to enhance future programs.

What You Should Bring

As an experience Program Manager IT professional, you will bring demonstrated experience in the following:

• Program Planning: Developing a comprehensive program plan, including defining objectives, scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Identifying and engaging team members, establishing effective communication channels, and managing their expectations.
• Team Coordination: Building and leading project teams, assigning tasks, supervising progress, and facilitating collaboration among team members.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Budget and Resource Management: Supervising the program budget, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance: Establishing quality standards, conducting regular reviews, and ensuring that projects adhere to established processes and industry best practices.
• Reporting and Documentation: Providing regular updates to stakeholders, preparing program reports, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of IT systems, technologies, and methodologies are vital to effectively oversee IT programs and understand their requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are important to collaborate with teams, manage stakeholders, and provide effective guidance.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess risks, identify issues, and propose solutions to ensure the program's success.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
• Advanced certifications in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional), SCM, SAFe, Prosci are highly valued.
• Seven to Nine years of experience in managing IT programs is required. This experience helps demonstrate the ability to handle the complexities of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
