The NextGen Service Management and Tech Transformation team is actively seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the planning, execution, and delivery of sophisticated programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals, manage cross-functional dependencies, and work closely with partners to drive outcomes. Reporting directly into the Associate Vice President of NextGen Service Management and Tech Transformation within Digital Core, you will primarily focus on enabling a major Tech Transformation by ensuring that the program delivers strategic value and the intended benefits through effective alignment to the organization goals, integration, and control of a project’s activities.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$123,000 - $180,400Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
