The Opportunity
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and iterating on the client’s AI solution for new customers. You’ll be the technical face of the team, deeply involved in launching high-impact deployments, gathering feedback from real-world usage, and ensuring successful adoption. This is an opportunity to own projects end-to-end, help shape the product, and accelerate growth at an early-stage company backed by industry-leading investors.
What You'll Do
Embed directly with customers to identify automation opportunities and build context-driven AI agents
Own project delivery from the first customer meeting to live deployment
Test integrations and gather feedback to improve internal products and processes
Collaborate closely with founders to shape product direction and customer outcomes
Participate in all stages of the customer journey, from onboarding to optimization and ongoing support
Represent the company on-site as the face of the product and technical solutions
What You Bring
Experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, product management, implementation, or founder
Proven ability to launch independent projects, such as a startup, hackathon project, or student organization
Experience working in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment
Basic coding and debugging skills in Python or TypeScript
Bonus: Experience with AI agent tools or working in top-tier software startups
