Responsibilities: Manage product strategy and execution for scaling Khan Academy's products internationally, partner with local teams for effective implementation, oversee product rollouts, and ensure alignment across teams.
Skills: 5+ years in product management, especially in K-12 edtech, proven software product management experience, strong communication skills, data analysis capabilities, and deep empathy for global educational contexts.
Qualifications: Experience in international educational environments, a passion for educational technology, and cross-cultural competency are preferred.

THE ROLE
At Khan Academy, we are looking to drive systemic, country-based change internationally through a network of local teams and partners supported by the Khan Academy team. We currently have teams and partners in India, Peru, Brazil, Vietnam and the Philippines who are focused on implementing Khan Academy in government schools.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to scale engaging and efficacious K-14 learning solutions for International reach and impact. The primary focus of this role is managing product capabilities that help scale Khan Academy for International Districts, grassroots teachers and learners, and specifically address the needs of teams and partners in administering the product effectively for their district classrooms.

The target salary range for this position is $127,423 - $159,279 USD / $172,188 - $215,235 CAD. The pay range for this position is a general guideline only. The salary offered will depend on internal pay equity and the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and job market data.
