We're seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to lead and scale a commercial organization across North and South America. This is a high-impact leadership role based in Denver's Tech Center, where you'll drive growth through direct sales teams, channel partnerships, digital marketing, and customer success initiatives.

Our client is an established SaaS company serving the construction, utilities, transportation, and real estate sectors. This role requires a proven sales leader who excels at combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, particularly in outbound sales management and team development.

You'll manage a cross-functional team of 20+ professionals, oversee day-to-day Denver office operations, and build strong relationships with enterprise customers. This position offers significant growth potential within a disciplined, scale-up SaaS environment with global reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop 20+ professionals across sales, partnerships, marketing, and customer success
  • Strategic Planning: Build and execute Americas go-to-market strategy ensuring consistent revenue growth
  • Sales Excellence: Implement best-practice methodologies and maintain disciplined CRM usage
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver sustainable double-digit SaaS revenue growth across North and South America
  • Office Leadership: Act as visible leader in Denver office, maintaining strong sales culture and organizational alignment
  • Coaching & Development: Provide mentorship to build high-performing commercial organization
  • Relationship Building: Develop executive-level partnerships with construction EPCs, utilities, contractors, state DOTs, and real estate platforms
  • Global Collaboration: Represent Americas business in global strategy sessions, contributing regional insights

Essential:

  • Fluent Spanish language skills (Portuguese highly advantageous)
  • Minimum 5 years leading teams of 20+ in SaaS organizations (direct sales, channel partnerships, marketing, customer success)
  • Proven track record delivering double-digit growth in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Demonstrated success with outbound sales team management and pipeline generation
  • Training and active practice in established sales methodologies (MEDDPICC experience preferred)
  • Experience managing both direct sales execution and partner/channel ecosystems
  • Background in companies with established, disciplined sales cultures (not startup environments)
  • Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Americas
  • Cultural awareness and experience conducting business across diverse North and South American markets
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Based in or willing to relocate/commute daily to Denver Tech Center area

Highly Preferred:

  • Existing executive relationships with major construction EPC firms
  • Network within utilities and energy companies
  • Connections with excavation contractors and state Departments of Transportation (DOTs)
  • Experience with large real estate and infrastructure technology platforms
  • HubSpot CRM expertise
  • Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually
  • Total Compensation: $200,000 - $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Performance-based quarterly incentives
  • Discretionary Bonus: Additional bonus opportunities based on company performance
  • Growth Opportunity: Significant career advancement potential within expanding organization
  • Travel Support: Full travel expense coverage for business development activities
