Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document cloud platform components and new functionality projects
- Maintain and develop Platform-as-Code using Terraform and configuration automation with Ansible
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and deployments (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
- Operate and troubleshoot applications running on AWS services (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, Fargate, Aurora)
- Perform EC2 instance patching, incident response, RCA and change management activities
- Integrate monitoring and alerting for platform and applications (Datadog, New Relic)
- Collaborate with international Linux and development teams to follow standards and deploy code safely to production
- Apply security best practices and support compliance requirements for government-facing work
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (required)
- Relevant technical certifications and continuous learning preferred
