Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the Revenue Effectiveness roadmap tied to strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
- Define and manage deliverables through sprint cycles using agile-inspired practices
- Track dependencies, milestones, and risks across projects
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows for reporting, status tracking, and communication
- Coordinate vendor POCs and pilots, measuring adoption, efficiency gains, and ROI
- Serve as the central coordinator across Sales, CS, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Business Systems
- Facilitate stakeholder decision-making and maintain executive-level transparency and dashboards
- Develop and execute change management plans to drive adoption of new systems and processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification preferred
