Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex, often technical initiatives spanning multiple lines of business with a focus on revenue outcomes.
- Serve as the SME for project management best practices and help scale program delivery across the team.
- Define project plans, run project-specific meetings, set expectations, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver on scope and timelines.
- Own the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment for major and concurrent minor initiatives.
- Proactively identify risks, mitigate blockers, and apply analytical thinking to solve ambiguous problems.
- Create and maintain project documentation, enforce procedures, and ensure process changes are well-documented.
- Develop and govern KPI reporting for a portfolio of programs and produce executive status reports.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and reduce common failure modes.
- Communicate status, blockers, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, HR, organizational development, instructional design, or related field (required)
- PMP certification (preferred/working toward)
