We are looking for a creative and experienced Technical Program Manager to help us bring NVIDIA's autonomous vehicle platform out to the world. You will participate in a focused effort to productize ground-breaking solutions that will redefine the world of transportation and the growing field of self-driving cars. You will work with hardworking and dedicated multi-functional engineering development teams across multiple layers of the software stack to drive modularization, improve abstraction, and enable extensibility and reuse. You will play a key role in evolving our AV platform to support efficient integration and scalability in a complex multi-OEM environment.

Today, we are working with over 270 partners that are using our platform in the development of autonomous cars, trucks, shuttles and taxis.
What you will be doing:
Lead multiple, concurrent cross-organization programs & projects
Manage automotive software development and releases in a highly dynamic environment
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and develop roadmaps, schedules, and execution plans as part of the development work
Establish effective program execution models and processes that bring visibility, cohesion, and efficiencies to the development teams
Proactively pinpoint risks and resolve issues that affect scope, schedule and quality
Identify and resolve multi-functional dependencies proactively
Communicate regularly to set shared expectations and to provide timely updates on progress, risks, and decisions
What we need to see:
BS/MS Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of recent Technical Program Management experience driving the planning and delivery of software engineering programs, and releasing commercial products
Proven track record of leading and successfully delivering scalable programs and projects, and process improvements in a dynamic setting
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and drive adoption of new and improved process workflows in scalable organizations
Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodology
Ways to Stand Out From The Crowd:
Previous experience & lived a life as a software developer that understands the pressure engineers are under, allowing you to effectively lead projects as well as process
Experience developing ADAS software with a good understanding of modular software architecture, clean code design, and separation of concerns
Background in embedded systems (OS, platform drivers, sensors, middleware) or other software close to the hardware stack
Experience with Jira and/or JAMA, to the point that you can you are mentoring an engineering team on the use of these tools with agility
PMP, Scrum Master certification

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD for Level 4, and 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
