Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of company-wide processes (All Hands, offsites, quarterly business reviews).
- Drive cross-functional projects such as OKR tracking and business planning from design through implementation.
- Prepare data-driven analyses, dashboards, and board/leadership presentations.
- Provide executive coordination: manage calendars, priorities, and meeting logistics for leadership.
- Act as liaison between executives and teams to ensure clarity, follow-up, and accountability.
- Draft and edit internal and external leadership communications and announcements.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MBA) a plus but not required
