In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile and cloud software solutions. You will work on modern technologies including React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, and native mobile frameworks to build applications that improve user health and well-being globally. This position requires strong architectural insight, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to define API contracts, optimize software performance, and ensure best practices for cybersecurity and code quality. You will mentor team members, contribute to technical strategy, and drive innovation across mobile and cloud platforms. Accountabilities:

• Architect, design, and implement mobile and cloud-based software solutions for iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms.
• Lead the development of React Native applications, leveraging Turbo-Modules, Fabric, Hermes, and multi-threading capabilities.
• Ensure cybersecurity and compliance best practices across supported architectures.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to design, integrate, and optimize APIs for medical and user data systems.
• Create and maintain architectural and design documentation, coding standards, and technical best practices.
• Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintain high standards of software quality and maintainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 8+ years of professional software development experience in Agile environments.
• Proven experience in mobile architecture and development, particularly React Native, Swift, Kotlin, and hybrid frameworks.
• Knowledge of mobile build processes, analytics tools (Firebase, Segment), and unit testing practices.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, cryptography, and secure coding practices.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple development teams and supporting architectural decisions.
• Preferred: CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, CircleCI, Jenkins, Fastlane), deployment tools (TestFlight, Microsoft App Center, PlayStore), authentication/access management (Okta/Auth0), and consent management solutions (OneTrust/TrustArc).

• Competitive base salary range: $97,300 – $194,700 (may vary by location).
