Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of experienced engineers delivering testing and observability frameworks for client developers
- Partner with product, data science, and engineering leadership to set strategy, priorities, and mission for the team
- Contribute hands-on to technical and operational strategy as needed
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve product performance and quality company-wide
- Foster team culture, mentorship, career growth, and high technical standards
- Recruit and retain top engineering talent and grow the team’s capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Graduate degree is optional but valued
