This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager, M&A Integration in the United States.
In this strategic role, you will lead the seamless integration of acquired entities, ensuring each merger delivers its intended business value and operational efficiency. Acting as the central orchestrator across multiple functions, you will design and execute integration plans that align with strategic goals, manage budgets and resources, and ensure all stakeholders remain aligned throughout the process. You will also drive the development of best practices, playbooks, and automation tools to continuously improve M&A integration performance. This position offers a high level of visibility, impact, and collaboration, requiring strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills within a fast-paced global environment.
· Partner with deal leads to transition due diligence insights into actionable integration plans.
· Develop comprehensive integration plans including workstreams, resource allocation, risk assessments, and budgets.
· Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure alignment across teams, managing interdependencies and timelines.
· Monitor integration progress, proactively identifying risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project alignment.
· Support scenario planning and decision-making through data-driven trade-off analyses.
· Maintain clear, structured reporting on project metrics, including budget, synergies, and value realization.
· Build, refine, and maintain integration playbooks, tools, and accelerators to ensure operational consistency and scalability.
· Embed continuous improvement by incorporating learnings and leveraging automation and AI-first approaches.
· 10+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global business environment.
· Proven expertise in M&A integration, operating models, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
· Strong command of project management tools and methodologies, with experience using Smartsheet or equivalent platforms.
· Demonstrated ability to deliver results under tight timelines and shifting priorities.
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
· Analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
· Adaptable, curious, and highly organized, with a passion for driving operational excellence.
· Competitive base salary range: $142,000 – $212,000 USD, based on experience and location.
· Annual cash bonus and eligibility for stock equity based on performance.
