We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact programs in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional engineering and product teams to drive the development and delivery of scalable consumer products and platform enhancements. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing schedules, risks, and dependencies while ensuring alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to deliver large-scale, distributed systems. This role provides the opportunity to influence program strategy, optimize processes, and contribute to building a culture of efficiency and collaboration across teams.

Accountabilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs from conception through delivery.
• Coordinate across engineering, product, design, analytics, and other cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, and drive alignment.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, and communicate program status to leadership and stakeholders.
• Evaluate technical alternatives, clarify priorities, and ensure high-quality outcomes across programs.
• Develop and implement program processes and frameworks to support scalable software development practices.
• Engage project teams and stakeholders to ensure programs achieve intended business impact.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience managing technical programs with demonstrable results.
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand technical implementation at the architecture level and translate into actionable program plans.
• Experience managing large-scale, geographically distributed systems or applications.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams.

Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, or Commerce is a plus

• Base pay range: $142,000 – $210,000 USD depending on location and experience.
