Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Technology Rate Card catalog covering IT hardware, AV, connectivity, and venue-based services
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Technology to set pricing, service levels, and ordering workflows
- Serve as primary point of contact for technology rate card inquiries and support the sales/ordering process
- Oversee fulfillment lifecycle: ordering, inventory tracking, delivery, installation, testing, and post-Games returns
- Coordinate logistics and readiness with Venue Technology Managers, suppliers, and operations teams
- Support design, testing, and launch of the Rate Card portal and associated systems
- Recruit, train, and manage Rate Card staff and volunteers during event periods
- Monitor sales performance, inventory utilization, and revenue versus forecast and produce leadership reports
- Maintain risk registers, contingency plans, and ensure alignment with the Technology Master Plan
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, Operations, or related field (required)
- Project management, logistics, or IT service delivery certifications (preferred)
