This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Marketing Manager in the United States.

We are seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Manager to serve as the technical authority on customer-facing content and assets. In this role, you will bridge complex technical innovations with market-ready messaging, producing demos, whitepapers, blog posts, and validation materials that communicate technical value to both practitioners and executives. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure all technical content is accurate, compelling, and aligned with go-to-market initiatives. This role demands deep technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable content. Your work will drive customer engagement, support sales efforts, and position the organization as a thought leader in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoys shaping the technical narrative for cutting-edge products.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain a library of technical assets, including demo videos, interactive demos, whitepapers, and technical blog posts.
  • Translate technical capabilities into market-ready messaging and content for technical and executive audiences.
  • Independently create guided technical experiences highlighting unique product value and differentiation.
  • Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert in strategic engagements with analysts and industry stakeholders.
  • Produce validation and thought leadership content such as benchmark reports, architecture deep dives, and integration guides.
  • Establish processes to keep technical content current as products evolve.
  • Lead the creation of launch deliverables, including demo scenarios, validation content, and internal enablement tools in partnership with product and PMM teams.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, or a similar technical, customer-facing role.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, email security, or related security domains, with the ability to rapidly understand and explain complex architectures and threat models.
  • Proven track record owning end-to-end development of customer-facing technical content, including videos, demo assets, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating technical value to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with R&D or engineering teams to translate technical developments into market-facing content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with content creation tools, video production, and technical documentation platforms.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with AI/ML applications in cybersecurity, interactive demo platforms, technical sales or solutions engineering, advanced degree, and relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).

  • Competitive base salary: $170,000 – $200,000 USD.
