Noodle is looking for a proactive Brand & Planning Coordinator to manage marketing and enrollment projects for their university partners, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities: Manage project timelines and workflows for marketing campaigns, ensure quality and brand consistency in deliverables, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration while monitoring project performance and risks.
Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, knowledge of marketing content review, and familiarity with project management tools like Wrike.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in higher education, with an understanding of tech dependencies and a strong attention to detail.

The Brand & Planning Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day projects, including coordinating timelines, tasks, and workflows. While dedicating the majority of their time to Marketing and Enrollment, the Brand & Planning Coordinator will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that all deliverables aimed at recruiting, enrolling, and retaining students adhere to our clients' brand standards and support performance objectives.
